Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Bank and all Balance sheet Reconciliations.

Assist in Completion of owning company reports, including Fixed Assets /FFE/Capex purchases.

Assists in control of inventory, credit and collection, disbursements, deposits and remittances.

Assists in enforcing, documenting and establishing adequate controls for all revenues and expenses and protection of assets.

Assist in maintaining accurate and timely financial and operating information.

Performs related duties and special projects as assigned.


Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Accounting or Finance and 4-8 years in hotel accounting with experience as Senior Accountant or similar supervisory role, or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience.

Full hand on Opera and Micros point of sales functions/operation, reports etc.

Experience in SUN system. Working on Peoplesoft will be an added advantage

Knowledge of accounting management duties such as maintaining record of hotel space and tenant leases; verification of payroll, preparing government reports, filing tax returns, etc. as needed or requested.

Communication skills.
