Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

As a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing accounting activities, including but not limited to general ledger entries, Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable management, tax filings, and financial reporting. You will ensure that financial operations align with company policies and government regulations. You will also contribute to process improvements and ensure accuracy in financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day accounting functions, including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, bank reconciliation, and financial reporting.
  • Prepare and submit tax returns and ensure compliance with local tax laws.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.
  • Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Ensure accurate processing of invoices and payments in a timely manner.
  • Assist in the year-end audit process and financial statements preparation.
  • Implement and maintain ERP systems for effective financial management.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Graduate from a recognized Egyptianuniversity.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting and taxation.
  • Previous experience in Accounts Receivable management
  • Strong experience in using ERP systems (Accounting Software).
  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Strong ability to understand and
  • implement the full accounting cycle and documentation procedures.
  • Good command of English (both written and spoken).
  • Ability to work in Nasr City, Cairo.
