Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Prepare monthly income statement and quarter accumulated reports of owner's equity and balance sheet.
  • Taxes and costing Experience.
  • Monthly checks of tax payments of sales taxes with outsource taxes accounting agency.
  • Upload tax invoices on government window.
  • Handle and supervise Cash In & out
  • Execute payment instruments (cheques-transfers- etc)
  • Upload bank statements on software system
  • Prepare bank reconciliation
  • Execute reports related to section
  • Supervise and maintain that stores always organized & in good shape.
  • Make sure all material received is undamaged, the correct quantity and accompanied by correct release documentation.
  • Records the movements of inventories on the system.
  • Issues periodic inventory reports.
  • Responsible for managing the timely receipt of material/items at stores/stockyard, ensuring proper storage,
  • Familiar with Egyptian laws for exports drawback is preferable.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • live in Badr city or surrounded areas is a must.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 4-6 years of experience in handling safe box in and out preferably within the manufacturing industry
  • Experience with warehousing procedures.
  • Excellent Microsoft office skills (Excel-word....)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience with import/export regulations and procedures is a plus
  • Experience in using ERP system is a plus
