Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Manage strategic client accounts within the construction and engineering sector
- Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, developers, consultants, and government entities
- Oversee commercial aspects of projects including contracts, billing, and revenue tracking
- Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts
- Coordinate with project, procurement, and engineering teams to ensure timely delivery
- Lead contract negotiations, variations, and renewals
- Monitor project performance, profitability, and client satisfaction
- Prepare account reports, forecasts, and management presentations
- Support tendering and pre-contract discussions when required
Desired Candidate Profile
We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Account Manager with a strong background in the construction and engineering industry to manage key client accounts in Kuwait. The role involves handling major contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders, ensuring business growth, contract compliance, and long-term client partnerships across large-scale infrastructure and engineering projects.
