We are actively seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Account Manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving client success and satisfaction by managing and overseeing a robust portfolio of key accounts. Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to foster account growth.
- Act as the main point of contact for all client communications and queries.
- Identify opportunities for account expansion and cross-selling additional services or products.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized solutions that meet client needs.
- Monitor and forecast client performance metrics to manage account expectations effectively.
- Conduct regular account reviews to ensure client satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Prepare and present detailed reports on account status, including monthly feedback and analysis.
- Resolve client issues and disputes efficiently, maintaining positive relations with all accounts.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends to provide insights and advice to clients.
- Manage account revenue targets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Facilitate the preparation of sales proposals and contracts as required.
- Train and mentor junior account managers to achieve their potential and meet organizational standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of five years of experience in account management or a related role.
- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and projects concurrently.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for effective client interaction.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage accounts effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
