Security Supervisor Facilities Management

Reporting line:
• Reporting to the Facilities Management division s Senior Manager.
Responsibilities:
• Coordinating and overseeing the Security Team.
• Devising security measures, appointing security guards and shift leaders, and leading the execution of security policies overall.
• Instructing and guiding the Security Team in protecting the respective premises, assets, and people.
• Supervising daily security operations, communication with stakeholders, responding to emergencies, and reporting all incidents and findings that may arise.
Your profile:
• Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent
Years of experience and other skills:
• A minimum of three years experience in a Security Supervisor role.
• Knowledge of security operations and procedures.
• Knowledge of Health, Safety, and Environment standards.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Fluency in spoken and written English, and Arabic is an added advantage.
The place of work is in Bahrain.
