Security Officer

Riyadh Hospital

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Executing inspection rounds inside and outside the building of the hospital.
• Assuring the closing of all windows, doors, and water taps and putting out the lights where are no patients at the end of work hours.
• Performing continuous inspection tours in the places of fuel, stores, workshops, electricity generators, operating stations, gas pipes, Nitrogen, and Oxygen.
• Inspecting the manual extinguishers and make sure of the validity of the water hoses and sources.
• Maintaining the daily incident records and submitting a daily report to the security supervisor.
• Observing the traffic inside and outside the hospital.
• Observing the implementation of the principles and rules of general safety in the departments.
• Supervising and inspecting the activities of the security staff.
• Carrying out any other tasks charged to him within his field of specialization.
• Response to different emergency codes that are approved by the Saudi Health Council.

Qualification & Experience Requirements:

• Secondary school certificate with a six-month training course in security and general safety.
• Security diploma by the Health Academy of the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties is highly preferred.

Skills and Competencies:

• Good knowledge of the principles of security and general safety.
• The ability of observation.
• The ability of supervision and continuous follow-up.
• The ability to communicate and establish good relations with others.
