To ensure the safety and security of guests, staff, and hotel property during the night shift, by conducting regular patrols, monitoring systems, and responding to any incidents in a calm and professional manner.


Key Responsibilities:

Patrol the hotel premises regularly throughout the night to detect and prevent security risks or breaches.


Monitor CCTV, and security systems and respond to any unusual activity or emergencies.


Ensure all entry points are secured and only authorized persons access the premises.


Respond immediately to emergencies such as fire alarms, disturbances, or medical incidents.


Prepare detailed incident reports and nightly security logs.


Support the Night Manager with guest complaints, noise issues, or other nighttime incidents.


Escort staff or guests as needed for safety reasons.


Report maintenance or safety issues observed during rounds.


Monitor parking areas and control hotel access points.
