Responsibilities:

• Establish and continuously improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Emergency Operating Procedures (EOPs) for physical security, ensuring alignment with global standards and local regulations.
• Serve as the subject matter expert and advisor to executive leadership security matters (e.g., SOC2, ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, TSI/EN50600)
• Create risk-based security strategies that incorporate organizational best practices and regulatory requirements.
• Manage security vendors and contracts (guarding services, integrators, and technology partners), ensuring high performance, cost-effectiveness, and operational excellence.
• Develop vendor scorecards, conduct regular performance reviews, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Coordinate and conduct regular audits to identify vulnerabilities, track compliance with established security protocols, and implement remediation plans.
• Oversee design, implementation, and maintenance of physical security systems, including access control, video surveillance, intrusion detection, and monitoring solutions.

br> Experience & Qualifications:

• 10+ years of progressive experience in regulatory compliance, or operations, including leadership of global or multi-site teams.
• 7+ years of progressive responsibility in physical security, investigations, or risk management, preferably within critical infrastructure or data center environments.
• Proven track record of managing large security vendor/contract programs and distributed security teams.
• Familiarity with workflow ticketing systems, data analytics, and performance metrics extraction; experience with advanced security hardware/software solutions.
• Familiarity with security frameworks and standards (ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, SOC2, TSI/EN50600) and relevant regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency with data analytics tools and techniques to identify patterns, risks, and corrective action opportunities.
• PSP (Physical Security Professional), CPP (Certified Protection Professional), CISSP, CISM or similar industry certifications.
• Experience with forensic and evidence handling
