To ensure the safety and security of guests, staff, and hotel property through proactive monitoring, patrolling, and responding to incidents in a professional and courteous manner, in accordance with hotel standards.


Key Responsibilities:

Patrol all areas of the hotel premises (guest floors, public areas, parking, service areas) regularly and report any suspicious activity.


Control access to restricted areas and ensure proper authorization is checked.


Respond promptly to emergencies such as fire, theft, or medical situations, and assist with evacuation procedures if needed.


Prepare incident and activity reports accurately and timely.


Escort VIPs, high-profile guests, or cash transfers when necessary.


Ensure safety protocols and hotel policies are followed by all staff and visitors.


Assist with lost and found procedures.


Coordinate with local police or emergency services when required.


Maintain professional appearance and behavior at all times, representing the hotel s image.


Requirements:

Proven experience in security, preferably in hospitality or luxury environments.


Physically fit and able to stand/walk for extended periods.



Knowledge of emergency procedures, first aid, and fire safety.


High integrity, alertness, and attention to detail.


Flexible with shifts (day/night/holidays/weekends).
