Security Guard WEKAYA LLC

Role Purpose:

• Protects company property, employees, and visitors by patrolling premises, monitoring surveillance equipment, and responding to alarms. Enforce company policies and procedures to maintain a safe and secure environment.

Accountabilities:

• Conduct regular patrols of premises to deter and detect unauthorized entry, criminal activity, and fire hazards.
• Respond to alarms and investigate unusual activity.
• Enforce company policies and procedures, including access control, parking regulations, and visitor registration.
• Conduct security checks of vehicles and personnel entering and exiting company premises.
• Issue trespass warnings and detain offenders until law enforcement arrives.
• Assist with emergency response procedures, including fire evacuation and medical emergencies.
• Maintaining open communication channels with colleagues and supervisors, reporting suspicious activity promptly.
• Assisting visitors, employees, or contractors with directions, information, or other needs.
• Communicating effectively with diverse individuals, building trust, and maintaining a professional demeanor.
• Provide first aid assistance if trained and certified.
• Complete incident reports and maintain accurate records of security activities.
• Participate in regular security training and exercises.
• Directing and assisting people during emergency evacuations in a calm and orderly manner.
• Understanding fire safety procedures and using fire extinguishers effectively.
• Accurately recording observations, incidents, and security activities in written reports or logs.
• Comply with the company's HSE policies, procedures, and guidelines at all times.
• Participate in HSE-related training, drills, and awareness programs.

• Responding to all Government, Client or Individual complaints and suggestions.

Job Requirements

Qualification & Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of three years of experience as a security guard, or equivalent military or law enforcement experience.
• Language Proficiency in Arabic, English, and Urdu.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record (if Applicable).
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong observation and attention to detail.
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
• Basic knowledge of first aid and CPR.

Knowledge & Skills

• Experience using relevant security equipment.
• Experience in reporting and emergency response planning.
• Excellent knowledge of security protocols and procedures.
• Demonstrable proactive and professional approach to security.
• A current certificate of Good Conduct.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Desire to learn.
• Being physically fit.
