Roles & Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular patrols of the premises to deter unauthorized access and identify potential security risks.
  • Enforce access control measures by verifying identification and maintaining a secure environment for authorized personnel.
  • Prepare detailed incident reports for any security breaches, accidents, or unusual occurrences, ensuring accurate documentation.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by assisting visitors and employees, addressing their inquiries with professionalism.
  • Coordinate with law enforcement and emergency services during incidents to ensure swift resolution and safety.
  • Implement and maintain emergency response protocols, ensuring readiness for situations such as evacuations or medical emergencies.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of security equipment, ensuring that all systems are functional and up to date.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional security training or certification is a plus.
  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in security or law enforcement roles, demonstrating a solid understanding of security protocols.
  • Experience in a related industry, such as retail, corporate security, or event security, enhances candidate suitability.
  • Candidates from diverse backgrounds are encouraged, with a preference for those fluent in English and a second language.
  • Strong communication skills are essential, with the ability to de-escalate conflict and effectively interact with the public.
