Major responsibilities

Access Control and Guarding: Strictly enforce the visitor registration system, verify identities, contact the person being visited for confirmation, and issue temporary visitor passes. Manage the release of goods, verify the "Goods Release Slip," and release the goods to prevent dangerous or unauthorized items from entering. Guide vehicles to enter and exit in an orderly manner, maintain traffic order, prevent congestion, and register vehicle information.

Security patrols and inspections: Patrol according to established routes and frequencies, covering areas such as the lobby, floors, parking lots, and fire exits, and inspect fire-fighting facilities, public facilities, and safety hazards (such as suspicious persons, open doors and windows). Use an electronic patrol system to record patrol activities, and immediately report and handle any abnormalities.

Order maintenance and customer service: Stop uncivilized behavior (such as loud noise and illegal parking) and maintain order in public areas. Provide assistance and guidance (such as asking for directions or finding people) and help manage pedestrian flow during peak hours. Monitor parking lot order to ensure vehicles are parked in designated spaces.

Emergency Response and Fire Management: Be familiar with emergency plans (fires, security incidents, etc.), immediately report any emergencies, protect the scene, and control the situation. Inspect the status of fire protection facilities, ensure the automatic fire suppression system is operating normally, and participate in fire drills.

Other responsibilities: Register incoming mail, newspapers, and magazines, and assist with distribution. Maintain the cleanliness of the work area, implement cost control measures, and reduce waste.
