Roles & Responsibilities


We are looking for 1 Secretary PA to work at our Abu Dhabi law office to aid in administrative work and personal matters of the main lawyer.


1. Administrative Support: Managing office tasks such as filing, scheduling appointments, handling correspondence, and organizing meetings to facilitate smooth operations.


2. Client Interaction: Greeting clients, answering queries, and managing communication to ensure a professional and welcoming environment.


3. Documentation and Filing: Maintaining and organizing legal documents, records, and files in accordance with the office’s standards and confidentiality requirements. Providing documents upon request (e.g. Meetings or Court)


4. Technology Utilization: Proficiently using Office applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, to create documents, manage spreadsheets, creating schedules, and handle email communications efficiently.


5. Legal Assistance: Assisting with the preparation of legal documents and reports under the supervision of the legal team.


6. Coordination: Collaborating with lawyers and other staff to ensure effective case management and the timely completion of tasks.



Desired Candidate Profile


1- Experience: Previous experience in a legal or administrative setting is essential, preferably within a law office. Familiarity with legal terminology and processes will be advantageous.


2- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of office applications, particularly Microsoft Office Suite, is required to manage tasks effectively.


3- Personal Traits: The candidate should possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. We require decent English.


4- Cultural Fit: Looking for a male candidate who is Muslim and proficient in Arabic to ensure cultural competence and effective communication within the office and with clients.


The ideal candidate should demonstrate reliability, discretion, and the capacity to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, contributing to the overall success and efficiency of the law office.
