Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Excellent knowledge of the internet and email writing.
Manage and maintain the CEO's complex calendar, scheduling meetings, travel, and appointments with precision, ensuring optimal time management.
Prepare and disseminate internal and external communications, including memos, emails, and presentations, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
Coordinate office operations and manage vendor relationships, including ordering supplies, equipment maintenance, and negotiating contracts to optimize cost-effectiveness.
Act as the primary point of contact for all office inquiries, providing exceptional customer service and promptly addressing issues.
Desired Candidate Profile
High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field is a plus.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an administrative or office management role, showcasing a proven track record of success.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience with database management.
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
Fluent in English is a must.
