Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Summary:

Responsible for providing administrative support to the department head


Job Description:

1. Manage and maintain the schedules and appointments of the department

2. Answering, screening and transferring inbound telephone calls and responding to any customer-related queries or complaints as and when required

3. Draft all the necessary letters, emails and other documentation

4. Record the minutes of all departmental meetings

5. Maintaining the necessary filing system, documentation and other relevant records

6. Manage and maintain the assigned petty cash and office supplies inventory

7. Coordinate with Human Resources regarding any specified employee matters

8. Ensure all quality standards, processes, procedures and policies are always met


Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications: Graduation

Experience: · 1 – 3 years of relevant experience in a secretarial role for General Manager.
