Roles & Responsibilities

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Experience of working within an international environment and can easily work in a multicultural environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Possess high level of confidentiality, reliability and diplomacy in handling internal and external parties
  • Proven ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Bright and confident personality
  • Executive diary and itinerary management
  • Flexible and mature approach with ability to work unsupervised
  • Possess a clear writing style with the ability to prepare clear and effective correspondence
  • Ability to work both as a team player and independent in providing superior work results
  • Diligent performer, giving attention to detail; ability to set and maintain priorities
  • Dedicated to acquiring and sharpening professional/technical skills
  • Ability to be flexible and to juggle multiple priorities, and work extended hours when necessary

Qualification & Experience:

  • Bachelors degree
  • Minimum 6 Months to 1 year experience as Secretary /
  • Excellent use of all Microsoft Office (excel, Powerpoint and word)
