Roles & Responsibilities

Maintain and organize company, HR, and legal documents (physical and digital).

Manage calls, correspondence, and office communications.

Support travel arrangements and logistics coordination.

Assist in preparing letters, forms, and filing for HR and Legal.

Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in all documentation.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.

3 4 years of experience in secretarial or administrative roles.

Excellent English communication skills (French is a plus).

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Strong attention to detail, professionalism, and a positive attitude.
