Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage daily office operations, including scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining filing systems.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications, ensuring timely and professional responses.
  • Coordinate and organize appointments, travel arrangements, and logistics for executives and team members.
  • Prepare, proofread, and distribute reports, presentations, and other business documents as required.
  • Maintain confidential records and information with the utmost discretion.
  • Assist in the preparation and processing of shipping, clearance, and cargo documentation.
  • Support the administrative and managerial teams with various clerical tasks and project coordination.
  • Monitor office supplies and coordinate procurement to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Liaise with clients, partners, and service providers to facilitate effective communication and workflow.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of office procedures and administrative processes.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum of 3 years and maximum of 5 years of experience in a secretarial or administrative role.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced office environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Arabic.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy in all administrative tasks.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Experience supporting executive or managerial staff is highly desirable.
  • Willingness to work full-time, on-site in a dynamic office setting.
