Roles & Responsibilities

  • Provide telephone and physical reception for visitors.
  • Manage mail (receiving, processing, filing, sending).
  • Draft, enter and format administrative documents.
  • Plan and organize appointments, meetings and trips.
  • Ensure the monitoring and classification of administrative files.
  • My experience with office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Good operational and communication skills.
  • Sense of organization and rigor.
  • Discretion and respect for confidentiality.
