Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide telephone and physical reception for visitors.
- Manage mail (receiving, processing, filing, sending).
- Draft, enter and format administrative documents.
- Plan and organize appointments, meetings and trips.
- Ensure the monitoring and classification of administrative files.
- My experience with office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good operational and communication skills.
- Sense of organization and rigor.
- Discretion and respect for confidentiality.
