Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with current market trends, property
values, and developments in the secondary market. - Sales and Leasing: Handle the complete sales and leasing process, from
listing properties to closing deals. This includes property showings, negotiations, and
ensuring all transactions comply with legal requirements. - Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with
clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored advice and solutions. - Property Listings: Source and list new properties for sale and lease,
ensuring they are marketed effectively through various channels. - Documentation: Prepare and manage all necessary documentation,
including contracts, agreements, and reports. - Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues and other departments
to ensure a seamless client experience and support the overall goals of the company.
- Legal & Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policy and
regulatory requirements.
