Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Al Rabeeh Academy is a modern, purpose-built campus with well-equipped classrooms, specialist science and ICT labs, art and music rooms, and a spacious library. The school provides excellent sports facilities, including an indoor swimming pool, multi-purpose sports hall, shaded outdoor play areas, Padel tennis courts, and AstroTurf pitches. Dedicated EYFS spaces create a safe, engaging environment for our youngest learners.

We are seeking Maths Teachers who can:

  • Deliver engaging, well-structured lessons in line with British curriculum standards, with the ability to teach Mathematics up to at least GCSE level.
  • Model strong analytical, problem-solving, and numeracy skills through creative and effective teaching approaches.
  • Use a range of formative and summative assessment strategies to monitor, track, and support student progress.
  • Contribute to curriculum planning, departmental development, and the creation of high-quality teaching resources.
  • Support the academic and pastoral well-being of students, promoting the school s values, routines, and high expectations.
  • Build strong, positive relationships with parents through clear communication regarding student progress, attainment, and next steps.
  • Participate actively in school events, professional development, and broader whole-school initiatives.

Desired Candidate Profile

We are seeking Maths Teachers who can:

Applicants must:

  • Be a fluent English speaker
  • Bachelor s degree in Education or a relevant subject with PGCE / QTS (or equivalent teaching qualification).
  • Experience teaching the English National Curriculum, preferably in an international setting.
  • Strong classroom management skills and commitment to student wellbeing.
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and organisational skills.
