Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
To lead and manage Subject Leads and teaching staff to ensure the highest standards of teaching are maintained, and to oversee the leadership and management of teaching and learning overall.
In collaboration with SLT, be able to present a coherent and accurate account of the pastoral and wellbeing student data with appropriate evidence in a form appropriate to a range of audiences. This includes the Principal, Vice Principal, Senior Leadership Team, the Stakeholders and KHDA.
To ensure a high-quality curriculum is provided offering students from all backgrounds and abilities and the opportunity to make progress and have relevant academic pathways.
To lead on the monitoring, evaluation and improvement of assessment and feedback across the school.
Through leading a professional development programme, promote a culture of self-improvement.
Desired Candidate Profile
Fully qualified teacher holding BEd, MEd, PGCE, QTS or equivalent.
- Minimum of 10 years teaching experience working within a high-quality department.
- Minimum of 3 years in SLT Leadership Experience
