Provide comprehensive nursing care to students or home-based patients, ensuring their health, safety, and well-being. Administer treatments, monitor health conditions, and offer health education in accordance with medical protocols and school policies or care plans.

Key Responsibilities:

Assess and monitor students or patients health conditions regularly.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Respond promptly to medical emergencies and provide first aid.
Maintain accurate health records and documentation.
Educate students, staff, or family members on health and wellness topics.
Coordinate with doctors, parents, and school staff regarding health concerns.
Ensure the school environment is safe and complies with health regulations.
Conduct health screenings and immunizations as required.
Manage health supplies and maintain the first aid kit.

Qualifications:

Diploma or Degree in Nursing (e.g., BSc Nursing, GNM)
Valid nursing license/certification
Experience in school healthcare or community/homecare nursing preferred
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle emergencies calmly and efficiently
