A scaffolding leadman is a skilled tradesperson who leads a crew in erecting, modifying, and dismantling scaffolding.


Their responsibilities include ensuring job safety through planning and hazard analysis, providing leadership and instruction to the crew, and overseeing the safe and efficient execution of tasks, such as reading blueprints and ensuring proper material handling.
