Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Erect and dismantle scaffolding structures following engineering plans and safety regulations to ensure stability and worker safety.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of scaffolding before and after use, identifying any hazards or structural issues to maintain compliance with safety standards.
  • Collaborate closely with site managers and construction teams to coordinate the scaffolding needs for various projects and adjust plans as necessary.
  • Utilize specialized tools and equipment, such as scaffolding ties, planks, and brackets, ensuring proper installation and secure assembly.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • A high school diploma or equivalent education is required, with vocational training in scaffolding being a strong advantage.
  • Valid scaffolding certification from a recognized body, demonstrating expertise in safe scaffolding practices and regulations.
  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience in scaffolding, ideally in construction or industrial settings, showcasing a proven track record.
  • Experience working on large-scale projects, such as commercial buildings or infrastructure, emphasizing ability to handle complexity.
