Job Summary

We are looking for experienced Scaffolders to join our team for ongoing construction and commissioning projects in the Oil & Gas Downstream sector. Candidates must have a strong background in working with both light and heavy-duty scaffolding systems, preferably in refinery or petrochemical plant environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Erect and dismantle scaffolding structures safely and efficiently, including those in confined and elevated spaces.
• Assemble scaffolding systems using appropriate tools, materials, and safety procedures.
• Work in challenging conditions such as inside process heaters and outside stacks in high wind environments.
• Adhere strictly to international scaffolding safety standards and site-specific HSE guidelines.
• Inspect and maintain scaffolding for structural integrity and compliance.
• Collaborate with other construction and commissioning teams to meet project deadlines.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of hands-on scaffolding experience in refinery or petrochemical plant maintenance or construction.
• Proven ability to erect complex scaffolding structures in high-risk areas.
• Knowledge of international scaffolding codes and safety practices.
• Physically fit and able to work in elevated and confined spaces.
• Strong teamwork, communication skills, and attention to detail.
• Commitment to safety and quality in all aspects of work.
