Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

In this role, you will manage multiple client engagements, sharing responsibilities, providing support, developing relationships, and maintaining communication with senior team members across various industries, including consumer products, Oil & Gas, financial services,public and infrastructure. Responsibilities include performing audit procedures, creating work products like audit analyses and engagement documentation, evaluating and testing processes and controls, participating in client meetings, and assisting in report preparation.

To qualify for the role:

  • An undergraduate degree (or equivalent) in a relevant discipline, such as chemical, mechanical, electrical engineering, or environmental science; an advanced degree (MSc or MBA) is advantageous.
  • Strategic Advisory & Risk Analysis
    Support clients to assess and address complex ESG and sustainability challenges, including regulatory developments, policy shifts, and business risks.
  • Program Development & Reporting
    Lead the design and implementation of ESG/sustainability programs, including:
    • Materiality assessments
    • Peer benchmarking
    • Stakeholder engagement
    • Gap analyses
    • KPI/metric identification aligned with standards such as GRI
    • Preparation of internal and external reporting materials
  • Client Engagement & Thought Leadership
    Support senior team members in managing client relationships, contributing to business development initiatives, and drafting thought leadership content.
  • Data Review & Insights
    Analyze sustainability data, including benchmarking results, industry trends, and regulatory updates, to inform strategy and reporting.
  • Research & Knowledge Sharing
    Conduct in-depth research on ESG and sustainability topics, documenting and sharing insights to support team learning and client deliverables.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English.

Ideally, You ll Also Have

  • Knowledge on various sustainability / ESG standards and frameworks like GRI, TCFD, SASB, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 50001.
  • A passion for staying ahead of the curve in the field of data analytics and visualization.
  • Experience in consulting or working in a client-facing role.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • A track record with a leading consulting firm.
