Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-level support for SAP B1 HANA users
  • Assist in implementation, configuration, and testing of SAP B1 modules.
  • Develop and modify SQL queries, Crystal Reports, and forms within SAP B1.
  • Support business users in Finance, Sales, Inventory, and Purchasing modules.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical SAP B1 issues.
  • Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure system stability and efficiency.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • At least 1 year of experience in SQL and Crystal Reports (SAP B1 experience is a plus).
  • Basic understanding of SAP B1 HANA structure and business processes (Finance, Sales, Inventory, Purchasing).
