Job Description:

Basic Scope of Job

• SuccessFactors Employee Central Certified Consultant with Implementation and Support project experience.

• Strong hands-on experience in configuring Employee central module - Custom objects, Role based permissions (RBP), Report Center (Canvas reports/ Advanced Reports).

• Worked on releases and enhancements with custom MDFs.

• Experience in handling succession and corporate data models.

• Create custom email notifications in multiple languages (Arabic, French)

• Experience in integrating success factors with multiple third-party applications.

• Knowledge on IAS/IPS- added advantage

  • Integrate EC with Ask HR to create tickets in Employee central Service Center

• Hands on experience in using the integration center for various inbound and outbound integrations.

• Strong theoretical and practical knowledge in creating alerts and workflows.

• Worked on Proxy Management, Audit Reports ,scheduling the required jobs in Provisioning .


Desired Candidate Profile

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

• Be actively involved in the preparation, conception, realization and Go Live of customer implementation projects.

• Ability to assist customer in designing security approach(es) for their SAP on premise and Cloud environment(s), including SAP S/4 HANA.

• Assisting in defining the scope of a project/opportunities, estimating efforts and project timelines.

• Support the internal Consulting Practice with pre-sales support, spot consulting and internal projects and commit to the success of customers, partners, colleagues, and SAP.

Education & Qualification

  • B. Tech in Computer Science & Engineering, Electronics, or any equivalent technical Degree.
  • Certification in SAP is added advantage

Special Skills Technology:

  • SAP Analytics Cloud->SAP Analytics Cloud
