Roles & Responsibilities

Nazih Group is looking for a highly experienced SAP Solution Architect to lead the strategic design, optimization, and governance of our SAP landscape across the GCC and North Africa. This role requires strong SAP FICO expertise, deep understanding of the FMCG/Retail trading lifecycle, and the ability to manage complex projects and remote teams.


About the Role


The ideal candidate will act as the strategic bridge between business operations and technical execution. You will ensure our SAP environment follows best practices, supports high–volume retail operations, and is built for scalability and future growth.


Key Responsibilities

• Architect and govern SAP solutions aligned with FMCG/Retail processes (import, warehousing, wholesale/distribution, retail/POS).

• Translate business requirements into scalable SAP configurations across FICO, SD, MM, and Retail.

• Lead SAP projects end-to-end, including integrations with POS and eCommerce systems.

• Optimize financial reporting, controlling, and operational flows (P2P and O2C).

• Manage distributed internal teams and external vendors across multiple countries.

• Present technical insights, risks, and recommendations to senior leadership.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Finance, Business, or related field.

• 10+ years of SAP experience, including 4+ years as a Solution Architect.

• Mandatory: hands-on SAP FICO consulting background.

• Deep understanding of the FMCG/Retail trading model (import → warehouse → wholesale → retail).

• Experience managing SAP rollouts, upgrades, and remote teams.

• Knowledge of SAP best practices; ability to challenge unnecessary customizations.

• PMP/Prince2 certification is an advantage.

• Excellent communication and executive-level presentation skills.
