RELEVANT EXPERIENCE:

15+ years of work experience with comprehensive understanding and knowledge of functional domain

Minimum 5 years of experience of SAP implementation projects in Defense related organizations (preferably with Defense related ministries).

Strong proven management skills to successfully perform the strategy planning, directing, reporting and administrative responsibilities of this position.

Good knowledge and understanding of system development lifecycle and its implications.

Good Knowledge of IT leading practices such as ITIL (Incident, Problem, Request processes).

Good understanding of multiple SAP functional areas from integration points perspective (FICO, HR, BI etc).

SAP Defence and security related projects experience

Knowledge and understanding of different SAP security models and products (SSO, IDM) from integration perspective

Experience of gathering and documenting system requirements and documenting system functional design for business applications solutions and related implementation issues from a functional perspective.

Good Knowledge and understanding of challenges for enterprise-wide system implementation.

Knowledge of standard support development frameworks and methodologies

Expert level understanding in SAP implementation methodology (Activate)
