Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled SAP CRM ABAP Developer with a minimum of 7 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and implementing SAP CRM solutions, focusing on ABAP programming to enhance system functionalities and deliver innovative solutions. The role requires expertise in SAP CRM module and a deep understanding of ABAP development, including data dictionary objects, reports, and enhancements. The candidate should possess a solid understanding of business processes and best practices within CRM environments to ensure optimal system performance and user experience. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams are essential. In this position, you will have the opportunity to work on challenging projects, contribute to the continuous improvement of our systems, and support our organization's objectives while advancing your career in SAP technologies. Familiarity with integration points and experience in Agile methodologies will be an added advantage.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Design, develop, and implement custom ABAP programs to enhance SAP CRM functionality
- Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Perform debugging and troubleshooting of existing ABAP code and CRM processes
- Optimize existing ABAP programs for improved performance and efficiency
- Develop and maintain custom CRM reports, forms, and interfaces
- Support integration between SAP CRM and other SAP modules or external systems
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards
- Document technical specifications and development processes for future reference
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for SAP CRM applications and enhancements
- Assist in system upgrades and migrations, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruptions
- Conduct user training sessions and provide technical support to team members
- Stay updated on SAP releases and enhancements relevant to CRM applications
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project requirements and objectives
