.OBJECTIVEThe Project Systems Consultant focuses on integrating project management processes into SAP S/4HANA. They ensure the solution meets project financial and operational requirements.Specialized in integrating SAP PS with other SAP modules like FI, CO, MM, and SD to streamline project management processes. Adept at handling project structures, budgets, cost control, and reporting. Strong ability to manage full project lifecycles and deliver solutions that align with business objectives, improve project visibility, and ensure effective resource allocation.Key ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities:Lead the implementation and configuration of SAP PS for project-based organizations, enhancing project planning, execution, and cost management.Configure Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), Networks, and Activities to support project planning and management.Work closely with the finance and controlling teams to integrate SAP PS with SAP FI/CO for budget management, cost tracking, and financial reporting.Implement project cost tracking, variance analysis, and forecasting tools within SAP PS to ensure on-budget project execution.Provide expertise in project reporting and analysis using SAP Fiori to enhance visibility and decision-making.Support post-go-live activities including issue resolution, training, and system optimizationExperience in EDI Setup and Interfaces to other external systems.Skillset Required:15+ years SAP experience, with a focus on Project Systems (PS). Expertise in life sciences or manufacturing environments. Advanced understanding of project and time management. Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA and SAP FioriFluent in English; German/French is a plus.#NB
