Roles & Responsibilities

Mission

Set up the station completely with the
appropriate utensils and equipment, as per company guidelines to maintain the
high standard control, hygiene, health and safety.
Prepare and serve high quality Sandwich / shawarma
following approved standard recipe and presentation.
Ensure that Sandwich/ shawarma portion and
temperature are as of high-quality standard.
Monitor food stock on assigned station including
the freshness of food and discard out-of-date items.
Maintain the sanitation of workstation always
assigned.
To ensure that all equipment and materials are
not left in dangerous state.
To ensure all HSE rules & procedures are
followed, and hazards/near miss and accidents are properly reported.
To raise HSE/Hazard awareness by actively
participating in all HSE meetings.
Daily Supply requisitions.
To ensure proper grooming and hygiene.
To sort out stores and maintain stores including,
vegetable freezers and dry stores in a neat and orderly manner.
To sort out/dispose the garbage after each shift.

Profile

Minimum three years experience as Sandwich Maker with start hotels, Guest Houses,
Clubs, Lodging and Boarding, Institutes, Hospitals, Weddings & Functions
Catering Contractor.
Able to communicate in English & Arabic.
