We're Hiring Saleswoman for Our Boutique in Jdeideh!


Location: Jdeideh, Lebanon

Working Hours: Monday to Saturday - 10:00 AM to 7:30 PM (Sunday off)


We're looking for someone who is:

Fashionable & confident

Friendly with great communication skills

Active on social media (especially Instagram!)

Loves creating content (Reels, stories, try-ons, etc.)

Sales-driven and customer-focused


Role Purpose

The Sales Associate is responsible for customer satisfaction and achieve best possible sales results serving customers in the shop and providing with their needs in a suitable manner in order to ensure a high level of customer service


Key Responsibilities

Greet customers, serve and provide them with their needs in a suitable manner with a high level of customer service

Assist customers in their demanded products and in their purchase decisions, offering them suitable advices

Arrange and replenish throughout the day the displayed items on structures ensuring that the shop floor and structures are tidy and well organized at all times

Arrange and display received merchandise under the control of the Shop Manager keeping the merchandise well displayed

Fill information for any alteration needed in the alteration book after taking measurements in collaboration with tailor when needed for any detail

Change tag prices of products during promotion periods or as needed

Raise new received boxes; receive items as per the shop procedure (Barcode, Alarm, and Price) insuring that items do match the checklist. Classify and store (perfect storage) extra items in the Stockroom on a daily basis insuring that are displayed on the shop floor

Prevent security risks and thefts and escalate occurring incidents to the manager in charge avoiding loss
