Key Responsibilities

  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Partner with marketing, logistics, and customer service teams to deliver seamless experiences and support overall business objectives.
  • Market Intelligence: Gather and provide feedback regarding customer preferences, competitor activities, and emerging trends to support continuous product and service improvements.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is preferred; comparable certifications are a plus.

  • 2+ years of proven sales experience, ideally in retail, e-commerce, or digital sales settings.
  • Strong understanding of the Riyadh market and local consumer behavior in the evolving digital retail landscape.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills demonstrates professionalism at all times.
  • Ability to connect with clients, understand their needs, and provide solutions for a top-tier customer experience.
  • Self-motivated, results-focused, and well-organized, capable of managing multiple priorities effectively.
