Desired Candidate Profile
High school diploma or equivalent required; further education in sales, business, or marketing is considered an asset.
- Previous sales, retail, or customer service experience (minimum 1 year preferred).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and English for successful interactions with customers and colleagues.
- Excellent listening, persuasion, and problem-solving skills to provide effective sales solutions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a high-energy sales team in a fast-paced setting.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and/or CRM applications; openness to learning new technologies.
- Understanding of the Jeddah market and current local buying trends is a plus.
- Dedication to continuous learning, inclusivity, and self-development within a sales environment.
