Key Responsibilities

  • Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, fostering long-term loyalty and repeat business.
  • Order Processing: Handle the complete order workflow from initial inquiry through to successful delivery, ensuring a seamless customer journey.
  • Market Insights: Collect and report feedback on customer preferences and market trends to support the continuous improvement of sales strategies.

Desired Candidate Profile

Prior experience in sales, retail, or customer service is advantageous.
