Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handles directly all pharmacies allocated by the sales manager by obtaining properly filled purchase orders.
  • Collects regularly all due invoices and follows up on pending accounts; delivers related reports and follows strictly the regulations concerning collection procedures.
  • Plans his own routing schedule in a way to respect priorities of customers and to cover all pharmacies during one week.
  • Focuses sales efforts to reach target as set by the sales manager on a quarterly basis.
  • Respects guidelines and directions as set by the sales manager concerning product knowledge, sales techniques, and performance criteria and customer s relations.
  • Maintains customer satisfaction through establishing professional relationships and properly representing the company in the market.
  • Handles customers complaints and coordinates with the sales manager on any relevant issue when needed; keeps appropriate relative records and reports.
  • Monitors competition by collecting information from market on competitive products; reports promptly to the sales manager to keep management aware of any threats/ opportunities that might take place.
  • Keeps reports and records updated at any time.
  • Participates in periodic meetings to enhance team and individual performance, resolve pending issues, and to contribute in setting new targets and techniques.

Work conditions: Regular working hours. Extra working hours are occasionally required

Desired Candidate Profile

Education & Experience:

  • Minimum BAC II in Life Sciences, or BT3/LT in Pharmacy
  • 1 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales
  • Motorized with valid driving license
