Roles & Responsibilities


  • Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their inquiries and purchases at the counter.
  • Maintain a clean and organized sales area to enhance the shopping experience for customers.
  • Accurately process transactions and handle cash, credit card, and other forms of payment.
  • Recommend products based on customer needs and preferences to drive sales.
  • Keep track of inventory levels and restock products as needed.
  • Stay up to date on product knowledge and promotions to effectively upsell and cross-sell.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and goals.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding sales transactions and customer interactions.
  • Assist with other duties as assigned to support the overall sales team and store operations.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 2 to 7 years of experience in perfume industry/ retail industry.
  • Indian Males Preferred Willing to work anywhere in UAE.
  • Proven work experience as a Retail Sales Representative, Sales Associate or similar role.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships Ability to perform in fast-paced environments.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts.
  • Graduation degree is a must.
