Salesman Axis 8

We are currently hiring on behalf of one of our construction industry clients in Abu Dhabi for the position of Salesman. This role requires a native Arabic speaker with a strong background in construction materials or services, who can drive B2B sales and manage client relationships within the UAE construction market. Role Overview: The Salesman will be responsible for generating leads, developing relationships with contractors and project managers, and promoting construction products or services to drive revenue growth. The role is field-based and requires strong knowledge of the UAE construction sector. Key Responsibilities:

• Identify new business opportunities and develop a strong pipeline of potential clients within the construction industry

• Promote company services/products to contractors, consultants, and developers

• Visit construction sites, offices, and project managers to introduce offerings and generate demand

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and new clients

• Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams to propose suitable solutions

• Negotiate pricing and contract terms under the guidance of senior management

• Maintain regular follow-ups and ensure client satisfaction

• Prepare weekly sales reports and activity updates for the management team

• Stay up to date with ongoing construction projects and market trends in Abu Dhabi and the wider UAE
