The Salesman (HoReCa) is responsible for achieving sales targets, developing strong customer relationships, and expanding the company s presence within the Hotels, Restaurants, and Caf s sector.

He/she will identify new business opportunities, maintain client satisfaction, and ensure proper execution of the company s sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with HoReCa clients to ensure customer loyalty and repeat business.
• Promote and sell the company s full range of products to Hotels, Restaurants, Caf s, and Catering companies.
• Identify new business opportunities within the HoReCa sector and establish new accounts.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and objectives.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and credit terms with clients within company guidelines.
• Ensure proper product display, visibility, and branding at customer locations.
• Conduct regular visits to existing and potential customers to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.
• Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends in the HoReCa sector.
• Coordinate with the logistics and supply chain team to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain strong business relationships.
• Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports to the Sales Manager.
• Participate in promotions, exhibitions, and marketing activities to increase market presence.
