Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
*Generate sales through both shop-based and site visits
*Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, and clients
*Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable building material products
*Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth
*Prepare and follow up on quotations and orders
*Provide market feedback and competitor insights
*Report sales activities and progress to management
Desired Candidate Profile
*Mandatory: Prior sales experience in Building Materials Trading (BMT) within the UAE
*Proven track record of achieving sales targets
*Strong negotiation and communication skills
*Valid UAE driving license preferred
*Fluency in English (Arabic/Hindi/Malayalam is a plus)
*Ability to work independently and under pressure
