We are seeking a strong>highly skilled Salesforce Specialist/strong> with strong strong>techno-functional expertise/strong> to lead the design, customization, integration, and optimization of Salesforce solutions across the business.

Acting as the bridge between business needs and technical execution, you will ensure Salesforce is leveraged as a strong>strategic platform/strong> to drive sales, CRM, marketing, and customer engagement initiatives.

strong>Key Responsibilities:/strong>

• Partner with business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into Salesforce solutions.
• Design and deliver scalable Salesforce Sales, Service, CRM, Experience, and Marketing Cloud implementations.
• Customize Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules, dashboards, and approval processes.
• Configure and develop in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL, and Flows.
• Integrate Salesforce with ERP (e.g., Yardi, SAP S/4 HANA) and third-party applications.
• Oversee data migration, ETL processes, and data quality management.
• Manage roles, security, permissions, and compliance with InfoSec standards.
• Lead Salesforce projects, enhancements, and rollout initiatives across multiple business units.
• Mentor junior Salesforce administrators and developers, providing technical guidance.
• Develop documentation, training materials, and conduct end-user workshops.

strong>Skills & Experience:/strong>

• 8-10 years in IT, with at least strong>6+ years in Salesforce implementation and support/strong>.
• Strong techno-functional skillset with ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Expertise in strong>Apex, Visualforce, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, Flows, and APIs/strong>.
• Proven experience integrating Salesforce with ERP, finance, and marketing automation systems.
• In-depth knowledge of strong>Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, and AppExchange apps/strong>.
• Excellent problem-solving, stakeholder engagement, and project management skills.
• Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Platform App Builder, Sales/Service Cloud Consultant, Developer) strongly preferred.
