Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality solutions on the Salesforce platform, primarily utilizing Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC). Focus on optimizing the CRM for real estate sales and customer management processes.


  • Develop custom applications and integrations using Apex, LWC, and JavaScript. Perform configuration tasks (Workflow Rules, Process Builder/Flows, Custom Objects).
  • Collaborate with Functional Consultants to translate business requirements (especially Real Estate industry-specific processes like lead-to-sale for properties) into robust technical solutions.
  • Ensure system performance, security, and adherence to Salesforce best practices.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Salesforce Platform Developer I certification, validating essential knowledge of Salesforce development and best practices.

Must-Have Skills

Apex, LWC/Aura Components, Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP), Real Estate CRM experience (preferred), Salesforce Platform Developer I/II certification
