Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of Salesforce solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, and alignment with business goals.
- Translate business requirements into well-architected technical solutions within the Salesforce platform.
- Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Flows.
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems and platforms via APIs and middleware.
- Conduct system analysis, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure data integrity and security.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, analysts, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior consultants and developers.
- Stay up to date with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices.
Skills and Qualifications:
- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development and consulting experience.
- Strong expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and SOQL/SOSL.
- Proven experience in Salesforce configuration, customization, and integration.
- Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security model.
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and third-party integrations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
