Salesforce Architect

Client of Top Notch Consultancy

Our client, a renowned company in the fintech industry in Beirut, Lebanon , is looking for an experienced Salesforce Architect to join their team remotely with occasional travel to Baghdad, Iraq . The Salesforce Architect will be the strategic brain behind their Salesforce ecosystem. You'll own the architecture, design, and end-to-end implementation of scalable Salesforce solutions across the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Design, document, and oversee robust, secure, and scalable Salesforce solutions using best practices and architectural frameworks.
• Define the Salesforce data model, integration strategy, and API architecture, ensuring alignment with enterprise systems like payment platforms, CRM, and BI tools.
• Lead the design of reusable components and code, ensuring performance, security, and maintainability.
• Act as a strategic advisor to stakeholders on Salesforce capabilities, roadmap, and innovation opportunities.
• Lead platform governance including defining architecture standards, change management, and
  compliance.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to developers, consultants, and admin teams.
• Review and approve code, configuration, and third-party tool integrations.
• Architect integration between Salesforce and other platforms (e.g., core banking, mobile apps, payment APIs).
• Ensure compatibility with the company's micro services, AI services, and secure cloud deployments.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 6-8 years of Salesforce experience, including 3+ years in architecture roles.
• Salesforce certifications required: Application Architect, System Architect, and preferably Certified Technical Architect (CTA).
• Proven experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Hands-on knowledge of integration tools.
• Language skills: English & Arabic.
