Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Conduct training needs analysis in collaboration with team leads and stakeholders to identify gaps and priorities.
  • Design and deliver on-the-job training, classroom sessions, and online learning programs tailored to business needs.
  • Perform coaching sessions to reinforce learning and support development.
  • Conduct training audits to ensure consistency, quality, and effectiveness.
  • Extract and analyze training audit findings to continuously improve content and delivery.
  • Develop training materials, including presentations, handouts, and job aids.
  • Evaluate training outcomes using feedback tools, assessments, and performance indicators.

Maintain accurate training records and reports for tracking and compliance.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s Degree in a relevant field.
  • Proven Experience as a Sales Trainer.
  • Strong presentation, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • TOT (Training of Trainers) certification is a plus.
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in retail or sales training is mandatory.
  • Strong facilitation, communication, and coaching skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel); familiarity with e-learning tools.
  • Must be available for business travel across Egypt and abroad.
