Roles & Responsibilities

  • Set clear sales targets, monitor performance, and provide coaching.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies with senior management.
  • Motivate the team to achieve individual and group targets.
  • Guide reps in prospecting, negotiations, and closing deals.
  • Track sales data, CRM updates, and pipeline progress.
  • Conduct call quality reviews and performance evaluations.
  • Optimize sales processes and share market insights.


Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in Business, Sales, or Marketing.
  • 3-5 years of sales experience (1-2 years in leadership).
  • Industry experience preferred (Education, Healthcare, etc.).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and multitasking skills.
